5. Payments & Bookings
Where applicable:
- Payment is required before services begin unless otherwise agreed
- Deposits may be non refundable
- Missed sessions without reasonable notice may still be chargeable
- We reserve the right to reschedule sessions where necessary
- Ondy Willson reserves the right to decline or end working relationships involving abusive, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour
6. Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of all clients and participants. Any personal information shared during coaching or contemplative sessions will be treated confidentially unless:
- Disclosure is required by law
- There is a risk of harm to yourself or others
- Explicit consent is given
