An Introduction to Ondy’s work and latest book.

“Spiritual Rebellion, mindfulness with attitude”.

This is a 2 hour introductory online session arranged at mutual convenience, for those who wish to understand more about the innovative work of Ondy Willson.

Ondy outlines how her work has been influenced by life experiences, through her study of Buddhism and her development of mindfulness practice with many different organisations in the public and private sectors.

She will take you through the key concepts of a spiritual practice, and how these contribute to fulfilling the empty spaces in one’s life, giving it deeper meaning and purpose.

Times: 6.30–8.30pm UK time / 10.30am–12.30pm Pacific time / 1.30–3.30pm Eastern.

A spiritual and symbolic representation of my outer and inner world.

This one-day workshop in the glorious Lake District aims to bring you closer to your authentic self, to explore and develop spiritual qualities and emotional resilience that can lie dormant or tested with the pressures of modern life.

Surrounded by stunning views you will meditate, relax, practise visualisation and mindfulness techniques and go on an inner journey to discover hidden aspects of yourself through understanding your personal symbolism.

Non-residential. Accommodation can be recommended for those making a weekend of it.

The small, intimate group, maximum 12 people, gives you access to personal attention and guidance from Ondy.

This is an intermediate course and most suitable for those with some experience of mindfulness and meditation.

This workshop is one of a series of workshops and courses based on Ondy’s book “Spiritual Rebellion; mindfulness with ATTITUDE”.
