An Introduction to Ondy’s work and latest book

“Spiritual Rebellion, mindfulness with attitude”.

This is a 2 hour introductory online session arranged at mutual convenience, for those who wish to understand more about the innovative work of Ondy Willson.

Ondy outlines how her work has been influenced by life experiences, through her study of Buddhism and her development of mindfulness practice with many different organisations in the public and private sectors. She will take you through the key concepts of a spiritual practice, and how these contribute to fulfilling the empty spaces in one’s life, giving it deeper meaning and purpose.

This one-day workshop in the glorious Lake District aims to bring you closer to your authentic self, to explore and develop spiritual qualities and emotional resilience that can lie dormant or tested with the pressures of modern life.

Surrounded by stunning views you will meditate, relax, practise visualisation and mindfulness techniques and go on an inner journey to discover hidden aspects of yourself through understanding your personal symbolism.

o This is an intermediate course and most suitable for those with some experience of mindfulness and meditation.
