Invited by World Yoga Festival, Ondy will lead us in reflecting on how Mindfulness Psychology can support us during challenging times, and guide us in a meditation that supports our resilience and mental wellbeing. This is the first of what she hopes will be a series of sessions offering 15 minutes of an empowering and inspiring teaching, followed by a 25 minute meditation to embed the learning.
