About the course
The most challenging aspect of practising mindfulness can be with other people. How can we deal with difficult people and still keep our minds calm and focused?
In this weekend course we will consider how mindfulness practice starts by developing kindness, love and compassion for ourselves. It is only then that we can start to transform the way we think, and respond wisely, rather than react… and then regret!
